The candidate is a certified scrum master with more than 2 years of experience. She worked at Cel.ro during the transformation from waterfall to agile. She was responsible for the smooth and efficient execution of the transformation. In her last position, she worked for a software company that makes open source solutions for Cloud. She acted as a remote scrum master for 2 teams. Each team had 9 members, including developers. She is a certified Professional Scrum Master I. She also started attending several SAFe courses, such as SAFeⓇ Advanced Scrum Master or SAFeⓇ Product Owner Product Manager. However, her employer has not been very supportive of this, so she would like to find a project where she will be allowed to develop her skills. She enjoys learning new things and would like to work as an Agile coach in the future. She communicates fluently in English. She is a native Romanian, so she can also speak Romanian.
