Architect & IT Security Consultant

The candidate is an experienced infrastructure architect who has been in this position for more than 7 years. He has been in IT as a system administrator since 1995. He also has experience in Security and would like to further his knowledge. He is a very technically oriented person who enjoys learning new things. Previously, he worked as a systems engineer. As a systems engineer he has worked with Bash, AWK, SED, RE (regular expression), SQL query, and he has some basic Python programming, so he has done some programming as well. As for formal education, he has only 2 semesters of computer science (Programming Paradigms - Scheme, Software engineering). As far as Security is concerned: policy at OS level (Linux), network (VPN, FW, DMZ, TLS). In his work he actively used both Scrum and Kanban. His communication in English is at an excellent level. He is particularly interested in the areas of Banking, Internet services, infrastructure (networks, virtualization, storage, monitoring), HW design, systems/application integration.

2017 - 2021: Infrastructure Architect. Responsible for designing infrastructures including servers, storage, middleware, non-application software, and networks. Focus on evaluating and selecting software and hardware components. Ensure performance, availability, and scalability of the infrastructure. Also involved in high-level enterprise IT architecture, mapping IT capabilities to business needs, defining relationships, and implementing business processes and activities.

2016 - 2017: Unix System Engineer. Responsible for managing Unix systems and ensuring their smooth operation.

2015 - 2016: TSCM Administrator. Responsible for security policy management.

2014 - 2015: Senior IT Administrator. Responsible for managing IT systems.

2012 - 2014: Site Reliability Engineer and Infrastructure Architect. Responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of the site's infrastructure.

2006 - 2012: Site Reliability Engineer. Responsible for maintaining the reliability and performance of the site's infrastructure.
