He works for a company that makes rest APIs that are used to configure servers or devices where he and a colleague create a test environment via Python - initial system tests. He also does test automation in Jenkins and other DevOps stuff. However, most of all he does programming in Python. She came across Java in college where she also gained experience, but she hasn't had a chance to work with the language in commercial practice so she also does courses. In commercial practice she has one year of experience with Python and 2 years during school where she also did her thesis in Python. They work agile at work where they do daily sprint scrums. She has had the opportunity to mentor younger colleagues. Also, at work she communicates in English, which she has at C1 level.
