Agile Coach & Scrum Master

The candidate has been working as a scrum master/agile coach for more than 3 years. They have 2 products and more than 15 teams on the project. Each team has +- 7 members. He has LeSS certification. He helps teams to grow, to learn to function independently and to be organized. In addition, he also helps product owners. As a coach, he has regular reviews with engineers, CEOs and product owners to get feedback so they can improve their performance. Each of the coaches has a specialization in their work. The candidate focuses on development practices, as he also has experience in development and can thus help developers. Their meetings are mainly in English, so communicating in English is not a problem for him.

Agile Coach (May 2020 - Present)

• Responsible for enabling continuous improvement in product development by observing, coaching, guiding, and supporting product owners, teams, and stakeholders.
• Working with 15+ teams on 2 products in a manager-less structure using the LESS framework.
• Focusing on technical excellence, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, development practices, security, and testing.
• Utilizing tools such as Jira, Miro boards, Confluence, Bamboo, IntelliJ IDEA, and Git.

Scrum Master (June 2018 - May 2020)

• Successfully scaled from component teams to 13+ teams using the LESS framework.
• Facilitated the transition to LESS environment through active participation in events and collaboration with 80+ participants.
• Implemented new product backlog structure, refined backlog, and designed cross-functional teams.
• Facilitated overall events for 10+ teams, guiding them towards self-management and focusing on system improvements.
