Short Summary
The candidate has been a PM for 7 years. He has a good background in development (Java), analysis and architecture. He is currently working on a large government project in Slovakia where he supports the agenda of officials in district offices and ministries. He also handles everything regarding transport, legislative changes, European directives, local Slovak directive. He does application support, operations, sets up internal processes, budget, pricing of initial phases up to the launch of the offer. Uses tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Outlook. Part of his responsibility is also managing a team - usually from 5-20 people. English is at a communicative level, he has worked with Balkan team and Central Europe. He can also speak French at a beginner level.
