Java Developer

The candidate is a Java developer with more than 2 years of commercial experience in Java. During these 2 years, he is using Jenkins and Git nearly daily. He has experience with work and he is comfortable to work with both bigger and smaller teams. His skillset contains Java, SQL, Spring, EGL, Docker, Rabbit, MSSQL, Python, TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV and DarkFlow. Communication in English is not a problem for him. He is able to work on both long-term and short-term projects. Actually, he has a position, but he is able to switch jobs as soon as he will have a satisfatiory offer on the table. His notice period in actual position is one month. He is able to visit office in Bratislava 1-2x per month.

Jan 2018 - Sept 2018: Software Developer, worked on a front office system for bank tellers using Java, SQL, Spring, and EGL.

Jul 2019 - Sep 2019: Software Development Intern, worked on the Infobip Shifter, a schedule generator using genetic algorithms, using Java and Spring.

Oct 2019 - Present: Software Developer, involved in designing and developing microservices with CQRS and event sourcing using Java and Spring. Utilized Microsoft SQL Server as the database and RabbitMQ for communication between microservices. Dockerized the services and used Jenkins for CI/CD.

Bachelor's Thesis: Developed a model for scene depth estimation using deep learning techniques, using Python, TensorFlow, Keras, and OpenCV.

Master's Degree Project: Trained a YOLOv2 network to recognize football players on the field, using Python, TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV, and Darkflow.

• Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, Croatia (Oct 2018 - July 2020).
