Scrum Master

The candidate has been working as a Scrum master/line manager for the last 8 years. Before that he started as a QA engineer. He works for a division in charge of test automation for teams within the bank. So his division enables process automation and simplifies work for other teams. He is in charge of 8 projects. Every day they have stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, or ad hoc meetings if an emergency needs to be addressed. In addition, he also manages 1 project along the project line, i.e. he also communicates with external clients, ascertaining their satisfaction and requirements. Overall, he takes care of the people and their running of the offices. He has done ISTQB certification. He communicates in English on a daily basis.

Quality Assurance Engineer (11/1/2010 - 10/31/2013) - Created automation and manual tests, managed coordination and communication with project owners, and worked on international projects such as CA TPX and DB2.

Quality Assurance Engineer (5/1/2007 - 10/31/2010) - Created automation and manual tests, managed coordination and communication with project owners, and worked on international projects such as CPS and OMG.
