Sergey is involved in automated testing of Globus hypermarket applications for the Czech and German markets. He performs functional tests and checkout operation. He checks the communication between the cash register and SAP software, whether the communication of discounts, prices, items works as it should. Has experience with API testing. He has implemented a command line tool to manage data in search and also transfer the corresponding data to the end point. Worked with agile scrum and canban methodologies. He has experience in managing a small team. He uses English on a daily basis and also speaks Czech, Ukrainian and Russian.

QA Engineer (11/2020 - present): Design and execute test scenarios, manual and automatic testing, document software defects, review software documentation, and collaborate with business analysts and developers.

Task Manager (04/2020 - 11/2020): Coordinate between project managers, business analysts, and development teams, estimate testing efforts, prioritize projects, review system specifications, and create and maintain documentation for internal use.

QA Engineer, Support Engineer (04/2019 - 04/2020): Analyze and design test cases, report and document technical issues, provide technical assistance to colleagues, help clients with production environment configuration, and execute test cases for internal and external use.

Customer Service Advisor (08/2018 - 04/2019): Handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints for internal and external use.
