Cloud Engineer

The candidate has been working in IT for almost 10 years. In the last 5 months he has been focusing on Cloud - mainly AWS. He also has little experience with Azure from the past and he is eager to get better in his AWS or learn GCP. In his current position he is primarily focusing on migration of VMWare and Microsoft projects to AWS. From the past he also has experience with on-call duty and client support as well as training of his junior colleagues. He often works with Terraform and has 2 AWS certifications. Cloud Infrastructure Engineer: Responsible for supporting project delivery for customers within project timelines. Involved in designing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems. Contributed to ITIL processes, wrote technical documents, and worked with cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services and IBM Cloud.

Project Delivery Engineer (Wintel/VMware): Supported project delivery for customers within project timelines. Designed, analyzed, and troubleshooted large-scale distributed systems. Installed, configured, and updated VMware ESXi virtualized servers. Configured VMware Horizon environment and reviewed and deployed service packs and updates.

System Administrator: Provided 2nd level support for Windows/virtualization/monitoring for internal and external customers. Built and administered Hyper-V environment in the datacenter. Responsible for configuration and administration of Windows environments and services.

IT/IS Specialist: Administered company infrastructure, including Windows servers, desktops, and mobile devices. Managed the company information system and Office 365.

System Specialist: Provided on-site support for software developers and architects.
