The candidate is an experienced developer with over 20 years of experience. He started as a C developer. However, he has been programming in Java for the last 20 years. Most often he works with Java SDK. However, he also has experience with Hibernate and Spring, which he hasn't used for the last 10 years. He prefers smaller companies or start-ups, as he likes the atmosphere in such companies. At work, he routinely works with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. He communicates in English on a daily basis and in his private life. However, he is also learning Italian. In the past, he has led a small team of developers multiple times and enjoys leading and mentoring younger developers to improve.
