Product Owner & UX UI Designer

Candidate is a UX/UI designer with 5 years of commercial experience in UX/UI. During that time, he was working in Figma and Sketch appreximately 50 to 50 per cent and he is used to work in agile environment. His skillset contains Sketch, Figma, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, Zeplin, Miro, Slack, Freedcamp, UXPressia, Webflow, Wordpress and Hotjar. Communication in English is not a problem for him and he is also learning German. He is actually located in Zagreb and some hybrid regime of working is the most suitable option for him, although he is able to be in the office during onboarding for as long as needed. He was working on both long-term and short-term projects, but prefers long-term. He prefers to work as a standard employee in a bigger teams, but he has no problem also with smaller. He is also able to mentor more junior coleagues. A hybrid onsite/offsite system is the most suitable option for him.

CTO (May 20121 - Present): Currently serving as the CTO at a startup focused on creating a platform for the insurance industry. Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the WeLink platform, which aims to automate and streamline insurance processes for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

UX/UI Designer (June 2018 - April 2021): Worked as a freelancer on various projects, including designing web applications, developing websites, maintaining websites, and creating graphics for marketing purposes. Utilized a range of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, Zeplin, Miro, Slack, Freedcamp, UXPressia, Webflow, Wordpress, and Hotjar.

Web Designer (January 2017 - April 2021): Worked as a freelancer, specializing in UX/UI design and web design. Responsible for creating user-friendly experiences for clients and developing design systems to improve productivity within development and design teams.

Currently Studying (Ongoing): Currently pursuing studies at a PHP Academy, focusing on interaction design, user experience design, business communication, user interface design, project management, and web design.

Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Fluent in English and has passive knowledge of German. Strong leadership skills and a passion for technology, constantly striving to improve and learn in order to excel in the field of UX/UI and web design.
