The candidate has been developing in PHP for 5 years in commercial practice, with another 4 years of part-time development alongside his studies. In the past he has primarily worked on Netta and for the last 5 years he has been focusing on Symfony, while in Netta he has been just maintaining a few legacy things. On his last project he worked on an internal customer order entry system, using Symfony 5 and PHP 8. He's more used to working as a single developer or in a smaller team, where the project manager handles client communication. Within the team, he and his colleague are also used to doing peer code reviews. He has also gained experience with Angularo on a couple of smaller projects for creating insurance company calculators. In the future, he wants to continue to focus primarily on PHP and Symfony, but he is not averse to using Nette as well. He is currently considering a job change so that he can move on again, gain new experience and learn new things. He is fluent in English.
