Javascript Developer & PHP Developer

The candidate has been working with OOP in PHP since 2002. So far he has not gained experience with Symfony or Laravel, but he is happy to learn them. Otherwise, he works mainly with Magento and jQuery, and has also built his own frameworks in PHP. He also has experience working on the front-end, e.g. he has created the entire front-end and back-end of an e-shop, using various libraries. He has little experience with automated tests (within Magento), but he knows how they work and what they are supposed to ensure. In the future, he would like to focus more on the front-end as well and continue with PHP. From the front-end, he is particularly interested in Angular 2, which he has experience with only from his own projects. He is used to working in an agile way within the team. On his last project, he worked in a team of 10 where they used Jira, GitHub, Slack, daily stand-ups and had mandatory code reviews. His leadership experience, so far, is only from his own company where he organized about 2 people. He says the work of a teamleader could be interesting and currently he plans to manage the development of an Angular app in his own company, which he and a colleague founded. He has a rather passive knowledge of English, which is sufficient for documentation, but he has a problem with the spoken word. However, he would not be afraid of a stand-up, which he can prepare for, and would see it as a good opportunity to improve his English. From a personality point of view, The candidate is a pleasant person who shows an active interest in IT even outside of work. He is looking at changing jobs because the company he is currently working for is not doing well commercially and they have fired all the part-timers.
