UX UI Designer

The candidate is a UX/UI designer with more then 3 years of commercial experience in UX/UI, looking for part-time position for approximately 20-30 h/week, depending on the project. She can also occasionally visit an office in Zagreb when necessary. She is used to have full-time and also part-time positions. Her skillset contains Human Centered Design, User Research, Prototyping User Testing, Illustration, Visual Design, Animation, Design Language, System Workshop Skills, SaaS, Qualitative Research Design and Accessibility. She is also mentoring UX/UI designers for several hours a week and she is interested in leading roles, where she can use her inclination to teaching and mentoring. Communication in English is not a problem for her, as she had also clients in US. She was working on both long-term and short-term projects and she is interested in a new project due to the fact that she is finishing one part-time project, so she is looking for other. She is able to start in approximately 2 weeks.

Internet application developer (2017 - 2017): Worked as a Senior Product Designer, breaking down large projects into manageable parts. Utilized a design process that involved defining problems, gathering information, brainstorming solutions, developing and iterating on designs, and collecting user feedback. Also worked as a Senior Product Designer at Infobip d.o.o. (Present - October 2020), focusing on designing digital-first cloud contact center solutions to improve customer and agent experience.

Mentor and Tutor (Present - December 2021): Responsibilities included mentoring designers, reviewing their tasks, and encouraging them to follow through the course.

UI/UX Designer (December 2018 - October 2020): Part of the entire product design cycle on numerous projects. Created wireframes based on client-provided content and designed for responsive layouts. Used tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Hotjar for designing, prototyping, and analyzing user behavior.

Teaching Assistant (June 2018 - July 2019): Taught children aged 7-14 the basics of UI design, 3D modeling, robotics, and programming. Also worked on various projects funded by the EU.

System Administrator (January 2017 - August 2019): Assisted teaching staff in equipment use and computer maintenance.
