PHP Developer

The candidate has been working with PHP for 4 and a half years. He has been working with Laravel for the same amount of time and in his current position he is also working with Nette. He has no experience in writing automated tests, but he also works on the front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, sometimes also Vue.js) and would like to continue to work as a full-stack rather than back-end developer. He now works in a team of 6, but has worked in larger teams as well. He also has less experience with Agile methodologies. He has been asked to hold the position of Team Leader, but would prefer to stay on as a developer. Code reviews used to be done in the beginning, but less so currently. English language is at B2 level, while he also has experience working in a German team.

He has 2 months notice period.

Role 1: 01/2015 - 12/2017
Developed and implemented marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Managed social media platforms and created engaging content to attract and retain customers.

Role 2: 03/2018 - 06/2019
Led a team of sales representatives, achieving a 20% increase in revenue. Developed and executed sales plans, identified new business opportunities, and negotiated contracts with clients.

Role 3: 07/2019 - present
Responsible for analyzing market trends and competitors to develop pricing strategies for products and services. Conducted market research to identify target customers and develop marketing campaigns.
