He communicates with teams, project owners and stakeholders. He is certified as a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I). He also uses tools like JIRA, MURAL, Trello, Slack in his work. He is fluent in English.

Drive to Web Lead/ Europe, Middle East & Africa (10/2011-11/2014): Manage a global team to drive adoption of IBM self-service web applications, lead educational processes, create promotional materials, and identify pain points for process improvement.
