Agile Coach & Scrum Master

Experienced scrum master with 5 years of experience. He was one of the first scrum masters in Orange. He worked on a project that was initially built in a non-agile way but was unsuccessful. Later they put him on scrum and were able to deliver the project efficiently. He interacts with customers and stakeholders. In addition, he also set up scrum in the HR department where he acted as a mentor. He also works in a distributed team which has members all over the country and customers are from abroad. He sets up processes there to make sense. They don't use 100% scrum there as they have found it to be more efficient that way. In addition, he set up an agile library at Orange and together they run an agile community within the company. Next month he will be giving a talk at the University of Trnava on coaching and agility. He is fluent in English and French. He enjoys setting up processes and starting new things.
