Scrum Master

The candidate has been in the IT sector for about 11 years. Currently he is fully dedicated to the Scrum Master position, but before that he was 50% developer and 50% Scrum Master for over two years. On a project they had a dataware house which ran on Oracle platform which they migrated to Cloud. They are currently building a new product in which they are spinning up Oracle to Azure data, changing the structure. The next layer is Palentír which is an analytics tool that connects to datasources in which the data is further processed. It also handles ticketing data, requests, etc. The tools in which it tracks progress is Azure Devops and it also uses Jira. Additionally, he works in the product area where he is supporting the move to Azure Devops, optimization, integration to make everything in one place. Within the company they are transitioning Scrum to agile and also helping other projects in the transition. He is also responsible for managing a total of 12 people (2 teams) on a daily basis. English is part of his daily work, he communicates fluently as 90% of his colleagues are foreign.

Scrum Master (Dec 2020 - present): Responsible for fulfilling Scrum master duties and supporting Agile transformation across the organization. Aligned tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps and provided team coaching.

IT Functional Management (Sept 19 - Feb 2020): Acted as a connection between two teams and provided data from IT Datawarehouse. Assisted in setting up SCRUM teams.

BI Developer (June 16 - Dec 2020): Created and maintained BI solutions, provided advisory on multiple BI platforms, and cooperated on preparing data structure in DWH. Implemented SCRUM and acted as a SCRUM Master. Conducted data modeling.

Infrastructure Analyst (May 15 - June 16): Developed SQL databases, administered MS SQL databases, and handled reporting tasks using SSRS and Excel. Managed Active Directory.

Technical Application Maintenance (May 14 - June 16): Administered MS SQL databases and Windows servers, implemented new releases to production environment, maintained Microsoft custom applications, and provided infrastructure support. Implemented SCRUM.

Functional Application Maintenance (July 11 - May 14): Conducted functional maintenance of MS SQL and Oracle databases, ensured system consistencies, provided second line support, and fulfilled SLAs.
