C++ Developer & PHP Developer

Przemyslaw focuses on the back-end as a developer, and has been doing OOP in PHP for 5 years of commercial experience. In addition, he also develops in C++ and has been doing so for 10 years. In the future he would like to continue working in both languages, preferably in some combination. He also has experience in software architecture and has no problem to work on a new project. He is currently working as a Team Leader for a team of 6 people - he only deals with technical stuff and has worked as their Line Manager in the past. However, he would not like to hold a leadership position in the future and would prefer to work purely as a developer or architect. He is used to using agile methodologies and doing code reviews on projects. He has been communicating with English language at work for 5 years and has no problems with it (neither Czech or Slovak language).

03/2017-now 02/2021 System Lead: Led the development of IoT solution, covering R&D, communication protocols, data processing, and integration with third-party systems. Engineered and developed the server side of the IoT solution using PHP, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Node.js, C++/C++14, and Qt.

01/2019 Cloud Development Line Manager: Managed the cloud development line, overseeing the development of cloud-based solutions.

03/2017 Senior Software Developer: Worked on IoT system backend, focusing on R&D, communication protocols, data processing, and visualization. Also involved in cryptography, blockchain, microservices, and distributed event-driven systems. Used PHP, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Node.js, C++/C++14, and Qt.

03/2015-01/2017 Senior Software Developer: Ported the IDA Log Analyzer application to Qt technology, rewriting the GUI, implementing new features, and improving performance with multithreading and event-driven architecture. Used C++/C++11/Qt.

01/2012-01/2014 Software Architect / Developer: Developed modules for a network monitoring software configuration process automation and Network Discovery solutions. Used JAVA and PostgreSQL.
