PHP Developer

The candidate has been developing in PHP for about 15 years and about 13 of those years in OOP. From frameworks he works with Nette and Symfony in different versions (from 3 to 6). He currently has only one big project in Nette and the rest he is doing in Symfony, which he would like to focus on in the future and thus fully devote himself to only one framework. Most of his work is on ecommerce projects, but he is also working on implementing data and Amazon services. He also has minor experience in writing automated tests and works on frontend as well. From a team perspective, he is used to working in larger and smaller teams as well as independently. For a while, the team also did code reviews, but eventually dropped that as they were all on the same level. He is used to working in Agile. He is thinking about a new job as conditions are getting worse in his current job, he would like to move to full remote and get rid of Nette. As a person, The candidate is a pleasant, cheerful and adaptable colleague. After a short interview he can handle communication in English without any problems.
