Product Manager

The candidate has 3 years of experience as a Product Manager. Started as a product development manager, later switched to R&D but had to be put on hold due to corona. He is responsible for intellectual property, portfolio management, dealing with patent applications and patent grants. This is a HW product from the drilling industry. He collects requirements from clients and translates them into product requirements for the technical team, communicates with them and also with investors. However, he does not have experience with the entire product lifecycle as he works with products that take many years to develop. He has had training on agile methodologies at work, but hasn't had much experience with them yet. He has several colleagues from abroad and therefore communication in English is not a problem for him. He has mostly worked with teams with 2-8 members.
