Agile Coach & Scrum Master

The candidate is a Scrum Master from October 2021 with previous experience in development in Java within an agile team, where he supported Scrum Masters and Project Managers. Actually, he has a fulltime position, but he is open to exploring other opportunities on the market. In his actual position, he is coaching 2 teams, DevOps team consisting of 7 people and Data Analyst team consisting of 6 people, so he prefers teams with less than 10 people. He lives in Zagreb and is open to be in the office in Zagreb 1-2 times/week. He strongly prefers standard employment.

Scrum master responsible for agile coaching and scrum implementation of two teams inside a vehicle production industry. First team is devOps team responsible for developing and maintaining company wide data streaming platform. Second team is data analytics team working on multiple concurrent data analysis and data engineering projects. Work includes organizing agile ceremonies, managing team velocity and capacity, agile coaching of team members, supporting product owner in backlog maintenance and stakeholder communication. Also includes facilitation and support in team participation inside SAFe framework. Other activities include developing agile organization on company level, process development and various workshop and event facilitation.
