The candidate is an experienced PM for over 20 years with experience in change and delivery management in various sectors. She has worked and been responsible for managing projects for companies launching new products/services to customers or redesigning existing products/services. In addition, she was responsible for managing projects that focused on the implementation of software solutions when there was a need from a business strategy perspective to support a business division within that company with some technology. She worked closely with vendors and their subcontractors. She was also responsible for projects that involved data migration where she had to fulfil some integration requirements inwards into the business, i.e. the implementation of "core" systems that ensured that the business worked process-operatively. She managed people, teams of different sizes which depended on the scope of the projects. She covered a project team of about 10 people and for larger, integration projects it was up to 60 people. All the time she worked in an international environment where most of the time she had her Line Managers or Heads of abroad and therefore her English is at a communicative level. Within her remit was also 60-70% intervention in change and delivery management.
