Analyst & Project Manager & Scrum Master

The candidate has been in the IT field for more than 15 years. She started as a developer and tester. Later she moved on to Project Manager and Scrum Master positions. In her last position she works as a Resource Manager on an international project with 600 members. She is responsible for hiring and goal setting. In addition, she holds the role of Scrum master for 2 squads. She has also worked as a business analyst in several projects , where she had to find out client requirements, write detailed specifications. She communicates daily in English. Working on projects agilely in Scrum and Kanban. She has experience with IBM Notes, IBM Lotus, IBM Domino, UiPath. In addition, she has also worked with UML and SQL in the past. Prefers longer term projects.

Resource Management (01.09.2005-Present): Managed a team of up to 30 people, including hiring, setting objectives, creating individual development plans, and conducting performance evaluations.

Project Management (01.09.2005-Present): Led a team of developers and managed projects for customers in different countries. Communicated with customers and utilized both standard and agile development methods, including Scrum Master and SAFe. Estimated project costs and created project plans.

Scrum Master (01.07.2021-Present): Served as the Scrum Master for two squads of Pega developers in a SAFe environment.

Analyst (02.05.2011-31.03.2020): Worked as an analyst for the DBDirekt Groupware Support project. Also took on additional roles as a developer and solution architect, providing Lotus Notes support.

Developer (02.04.2020-31.08.2021): Developed BPM solutions and provided 3rd level support for an FCS project.

Tester (02.03.2009-30.06.2010): Conducted system testing for the Electronic Toll System.

Developer (01.09.2005-29.02.2008): Developed a small project, taking on additional roles as a solution architect and analyst. Managed projects for customers in different countries, communicated with customers, and utilized standard and agile development methods (Scrum). Also performed business analysis and created documentation using UML and BPMN.
