The candidate is a UX/UI designer with more than 6 years of commercial experience in UX/UI, during which she used Sketch for 3 years, then Figma for more then 2 years and Adobe tools from the beginning of her career. She is located in Zagreb and prefers some hybrid regime of work, as she would like to be home office, but also understands the necessity of face to face interaction. Communication in English is not a problem for her. In her actual position, she is leading a team of 3 other designers, although she is open to lead a bigger team. She prefers cooperation as a standard employee and longer projects with product oriented companies. In her actual position, she has a notice period of one month.
