Matthew is a senior with 16 years of experience. On his current project he is a Business Analyst where he is responsible for gathering, recording and tracking requirements in accordance with standard documentation practices, preparing training materials and training users, leading projects and initiatives related to platform development and integration within existing and new services, coordinator and trainer of new Salesforce features, primary contact for the business with respect to new and existing Salesforce features.
