Architect

The candidate currently works as a stream leader. However, he has been working as a software architect for several years - usually designing solutions, leading a team, working on proposals, negotiating with customers, etc. Usually programming to some extent as well, mainly in Java (15 years). Also used technologies such as Spring Boot, Docker, Kafka, Angular and C++. Currently working agilely in Scrum. Part of his responsibilities included leading the development team and mentoring. His English proficiency is only at a basic technical communication level.

2021 - ? Stream Leader Leading the development of non-banking parts of the information system for a newly established bank. Designing the architecture of the solution and leading the development team.

2018 - 2021 Lead Developer Leading the development of the Lottery section. Leading the development of the new Lottery platform. Designing the architecture of the solution, selecting technologies, and leading the development team.

2006 - 2018 Software Architect Designing and leading the development of control systems for submarine cables (HVDC interconnector). Developing information systems for European system operators and energy exchanges. Supporting sales, recruitment, internal training, and team leadership.

2017 – 2018 Lecturer Teaching and conducting exercises for the Programming in Java SE course. Acting as the subject matter expert for the Programming in Java SE course.

Project Manager (until 2010) Developing information systems for significant Czech customers.
