The candidate is a Scrum Master from December 2020 with previous experience in leading the team. Actually, he is thinking about a position change. In his actual position, he led 10 teams so far, some of them also from the stage of creation, with size from 4-15 members, using Atlassian Jira regularly, so he is comfortable to work with both bigger and smaller teams. He lives in Osijek and he is flexible about his onside/offside preferences, which depends mostly on the scope of work, Both standard employment and freelancing are options for him.
