Work Experience
January 2018 — December 2018: IT Support
In my first real job experience, I worked as an IT Support in a travel agency specializing in business travel. My daily tasks included resolving general IT issues, CRM issues, and web development for the agency's clients. This job taught me the principles of working in a corporate environment, dealing with business clients, and how to fulfill client's expectations. I gained experience in Wordpress, PHP, cPanel, basic web development, CRM integration, administration, and security issues.
April 2019 — February 2020: UI/UX Tester - Student job
I joined Vienna Insurance Group as a UI/UX Tester through a student job listing. Initially, I built UI/UX tests using Katalon Studio, but later transitioned to C# and Selenium automation. I worked independently, designing, writing, building pipelines/jobs, and maintaining tests for our application. I also gained experience with Katalon Studio, Katalon Recorder, MS Visual Studio, C#, .NET Framework, Git, Selenium, HTML5, CSS, JS, jQuery, OOP, and TFS. I later switched to API testing and was offered a full-time contract.
February 2020 — July 2020: Developer / API QA
In this role, I focused on API testing and integration with an external vendor. I collaborated with a senior business analyst to design, test, and report bugs on our APIs. I worked closely with the vendor and had daily communication to meet the company's needs. My responsibilities included designing tests, reporting bugs, assisting the development team, and deciding if the product was stable for production. I gained experience in MVC design pattern, SOA design pattern, SOAP, REST, Node technologies, Azure Devops Server, and Jira.
November 2021 — Present: Quality Assurance
After a break, I joined KING ICT as a QA. I work in a small SCRUM team and I am the sole QA for the project. The tech stack is similar to my previous experience, with the addition of new automation tools like Cypress and Typescript. We have successfully delivered a reengineering project for the Ministry of Agriculture, based on .NET and React. I am responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of the project.
