The candidate is a Scrum Master from February 2019 with previous experience in software development. Actually, she has a fulltime position, but she is open to exploring other opportunities on the market. In her actual position, she is coaching 2 teams, 1st with 16 people and 2nd with 11, using Atlassian Jira and Confluence for 7 years. She is comfortable to work with both bigger and smaller teams, although she prefers smaller, with less then a 9 members. She lives in Zagreb and prefers as much remote work as possible, however she is open to be in the office when necessary. She is used to work as a standard employee. In her actual position, she has a notice period of 2 months.
