The candidate is Automated QA Engineer with more then 5 years of commercial experience, doing automated testing most of that time. For automative testing he was also using Selenium, not with Java directly, but he is well skilled in Java, so according to him, there would be no issue. He is located in Zagreb, living in Croatia for years and having a permanent stay here, so he does not need working permition. He prefers some hybrid mode of working and he is very flexible about this. Born in South Africa, English is his native languge, but he can also speak Croatian and German very well and Russian on the lesser level. He is also used to working as a standard employee, which is a strongly prefered option for him. As soon as he has an acceptable offer on the table.
