Currently a DevOps engineer who is not just coding or developing but he is contributing to the whole floor - from owning a feature or functionality, doing solution design with architects and tech leads. After that they create "stories" and after stories they develop with coding. Furthermore, he works 50% on Front-end using Angular and 50% on Back-end using Java, Microservices, some kind of Java back-end systems, Spring, databases like Oracle and MySQL. Also, he does automated tests on FE and BE, he uses JUnit, Cyprus for automation testing. Moreover, he contributes to CI/CD pipelines and does monitoring on production - using tools like Splunk and other tools to monitor production state and availability. From time to time, he does manual testing - solution design, coding. For almost 6 months, he has been working with mock systems that are run on Node.js. In addition to that they use cloud providers - monitor their services on the cloud. However, his knowledge of AWS is on a basic level as he is getting a certificate. He operates in an agile environment using Scrum where they have tribes and daily stand up. Nonetheless, he has experience with coaching interns, mentoring them from the business side - what is the business model, functionality as well as teaching them technicaly to understand codes. Also, he was leading Scrum ceremonies. He is fluent in French, English and Dutch is basic.
