Scrum Master

The candidate has been a Scrum Master for 3 and a half years. In addition to taking care of the team as a classic Scrum Mater, she also has experience in line management, where she participated in employee reviews and was occasionally responsible for team performance and communication with the customer (which included preparing invoices). Her other main activities include supporting the Product Owner, ensuring effective communication within the company as well as setting up the overall operation of the business. She usually works in teams ranging in size from 3 to 10 members and is not inclined towards larger teams. In terms of work experience, she has the most experience in banking, but would like to try pharmaceuticals, for example, or implementing agility outside of IT. She speaks English at C1 level.

10/2018-01/2020 Scrum Master & Project Manager: Implemented scrum best practices and provided overall project management support. Also responsible for HR, internal communication, internal event management, marketing, and management support.

02/2018-07/2018 Marketing Assistant: Managed the continuous development and content of company websites to increase business inquiries.

09/2015-11/2017 Research Executive: Conducted brand and advertising research for TV campaigns in FMCG, including project management and reporting.
