The candidate is an experienced Java developer with 11 years of experience, but for the last 3-4 years he has been focusing mainly on Kotlin, which he would like to continue working in. He has been working full-time while in school. He also worked as a DevOps engineer for 2 years as the company migrated their entire infrastructure to AWS and Kubernetes. In addition, he has experience with Spring, Spring Boot, JS. In terms of agile methodologies, he has experience with Scrum as they have 14 daily sprints and retrospectives at work. Communication in English is not a problem for him. He is currently leading a team of 5 people. However, before that he has also worked as a team leader of a team of 15. He prefers smaller companies that have more agile teams. Corporates don't attract him very much.
