Android Developer

He has been working as Android developer for 6 years. He is currently working on Jerney mobile app that has been developed in android for delivery. They use 3rd party application from another company who provide solution for delivering packages to customer and they are replacing that with in-house application which is Jerney. They are in the "turbulent" phase now but they are not live yet (will be in couple of months). Basically, the aim is to develop full application for them to use - it is similar to Amazon delivery app - so drivers/delivery person can see what is their next stop where they want to go and what is the package for customer. He is using the latest technologies, especially Kotlin (last 2.5 year). Also, he has 5 years of experience working in Java. He works in an agile environment using Scrum and Kanban. In current company he is mentoring equals (seniors) eg. he is taking part in technical discussions. His English is fluent.

Software Developer (01/2021 - Present): Currently working as a software developer at a Dutch webshop specializing in consumer electronics. Responsible for the analysis, design, development, programming, testing management, and maintenance of mobile applications in Android Native & partially in Xamarin Forms. Skilled in Kotlin, Java, C#, and relevant libraries for mobile applications.

Mobile App Developer (12/2017 - 08/2019): Worked as a mobile app developer at Nielsen India Pvt. Ltd. Responsible for the development, programming, testing, and maintenance of mobile applications. Reduced app's data collection time and optimized application response time, leading to increased productivity and customer retention rate.

Software Engineer (07/2015 - 12/2017): Worked as a software engineer at MothersonSumi Infotech and Designs Ltd. Responsible for the analysis, design, development, programming, testing, and maintenance of software applications.

Projects: Developed the Jerney app for Coolblue, a delivery heroes app with features like navigation, package scanning, and doorstep payment solution. Also worked on the Rollr app, a car dashboard app with features like media player, contacts, dashcam, and navigation. Additionally, worked on the Eventifyd app, an event management app with features like upload/download, event attendance, and event group chat. Lastly, worked on the Nielsen Mobile Device Management app, a work mobile device management app with features like app installation, location geo-fencing, and device security. Also worked on the Nielsen Consumer Panel Services app, a consumer survey data collection app.

Education: Holds a Masters in Science in Cloud Computing from the National College of Ireland and a Bachelors in Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Lovely Professional University.

Research Projects: Initiated research projects on Google Glass Project and Mobile Device Management.
