Manual Tester

Ambitious to keep progressing in his career as a tester. He has been working as a tester for 3 years now, especially focused on manual testing. However, he also had a little opportunity at work to experience automated testing and is keen to move to automation testing fully. Therefore, he is self-educating himself in Python as well as in Cypress through courses. He is currently working for a digital agency on notebook projects and building mobile apps to a corporate website for a company to bigger webshops for big companies. He uses content management systems, Wordpress, Episerver and Umbraco. For tests he uses Browserstack, Postman. Furthermore, considering his experience with HTML, CSS and JS he also looks into the code from the website to check if the code is there as well. Besides, he is also part of an agile team having daily stand-ups with Scrum masters. Dutch is his mother tongue and English is on a communicative level.

QA Tester (January 2021 - Present): Tested various projects, from functional to regression testing. Currently working on implementing automated testing.

QA Tester (February 2020 - December 2021): Tested apps built with the low code platform Mendix. Conducted regression testing and prepared data for user acceptance tests.

Tester (January - August 2019): Tested a web app for secure file exchange, both hard coded and with the low code platform Outsystems.

Online Marketer (2015-2019): Worked on various projects including sustainable doormats, an Indian IT company in augmented reality, women's shoes, a neighborhood app, electronic cigarettes, and electronics.

Founder (2015-2018): Developed and launched a video chat application for high-end webshops.
