Automation Tester & Manual Tester & Test Analyst

The candidate has 15 years of experience as QA engineer. Currently he is working as an integration tester of the GAAS project. GAAS is the middleware between frontend (AAB) and backend (TimeGrip) where his responsibility is how these modules talk to each other. How AAB talks to GAAS and how GAAS gets all the information from backend and shows in AAB. He tries to understand all the scenarios through using stories in Jira. Then he creates the report on the status of the project and once the project is completed he prepares regression tests. The aim is to deploy this optical solution starting currently in Denmark and later in June they will be deploying in Sweden and then in Spain. Overall, he is the person who is gathering all data cases, runs in Postman, creates reports in SAT and so on, and the only person who bridges these three teams. Furthemore, he has been working in JavaScript for 2 years and he has self-taught Cypress. Besides that, he is also part of an agile environment primarily using Scrum. Throughout his career, he also had an opportunity to lead a junior colleague and give ger tasks and mentoring. This was time-zone challenging, however, he has been leading her for 3 years. His English is fluent and he is currently learning Dutch.

Responsible for integration testing of frontend, middleware, and backend systems. Automating test scripts using Postman and sharing project status using Newman report. Conducting performance testing using JMeter.

Senior QA Engineer (July 2017 - Nov 2021)
Lead QA for the Compass project, ensuring zero P1 issues at customer sites. Developed tools using Java to expedite production database verifications. Deployed Groovy at customer sites and visited global customer sites for automation scripting, performance testing, and regression runs.

Testing Consultant II (Dec 2016 - June 2017)
Performed performance testing on N4 and SPARCS applications using JMeter and in-house tools. Executed regression runs for functional testing.
