Product Owner & Scrum Master

The candidate is a skilled Scrum Master with 8 months of experience, during which she has gained a lot of experience. On the current project she is leading a team of developers and testers. She is in charge of planning the activities that need to be done, distributing work in the team, checking the work and straightening the processes. She would have no problem working in an international team.

Role 1: Started in May 2017 as an intern in the marketing department, assisting with social media management and content creation.

Role 2: Promoted to Marketing Assistant in September 2018, responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns and analyzing data to improve brand visibility.

Role 3: Joined as a Sales Representative in January 2020, focusing on building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Role 4: Transitioned to a Team Leader position in April 2021, overseeing a team of sales representatives and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Role 5: Currently working as a Product Manager since October 2022, responsible for developing and launching new products, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
