The candidate is a beginner tester who would like to get commercial experience, he enjoys penetration testing, which he has a certificate from - which he did for about 4 months, using theory and doing drawings from the internet. He has participated in competitions - capture the flag challenges - where there is an existing site and on purpose some mistake is made there and and the person has to find that mistake and fix it they were both in the team placement (1000 out of 4000) and alone where he was (260 out of 3600). He wants to work on parttime alongside school ideally 4 hours a day,
