The candidate is a UX/UI team lead with over 9 years of experience in UX/UI. During his career he has been leading various teams. The biggest one had 12-15 members. In one project, he was also in charge of contractors from India, Canada. In Five he was working as a high-level consultant since he had an experience with very hard and demanding clients from his previous experience. He was explaining the designs to the clients. He has been working in Figma since 2019. Before that he was mainly working with Sketch. He speaks fluent English. He prefers working remotely and as freelancer.

HCM Software Redesign - Revamped the largest Human Career Management software in the region, enhancing user experience and functionality. Digital Transformation - Led the digital transformation of a leading bank in the CEE region, creating a virtual branch to improve customer experience.
