The candidate has been working as a security analyst for almost 5 and a half years. At the company they have people responsible for monitoring technologies eg. Splunk, so when there is some kind of security alert or it is critical then it is escalated to the seniors to take a look at it. Depending on the criticality they might have to involve other teams, managers and so on in the whole process to take a look and see how big is the impact is and make some analysis of the whole incident. Apart from that, they have some continuous improvements for the company to identify gaps as well as streamline the processes to make everything run smoother, develop sort of tools.
