Java Developer

The candidate is a senior Java Developer with 21 years of experience. He has been working in C/C for 30 years. He works for an American company and is comfortable working in an international team. He is interested in scripting. He has experience being a Team Leader, although he would not prefer this position. He has experience with Agile methods and yet has worked more with the Waterfall method. He would like to focus on long term projects preferably in the banking sector. He uses English on a daily basis.

Solution Engineer (November 2011 - Present): Developing customer solutions using Vendavo proprietary technologies, such as VSL, XML-based definition of Object-Relation Mapping, SQL modules, and occasionally custom Java modules.

Java Developer (2008 - October 2011): Developing a trading platform for CFD using Java EE and Hibernate for the back-end, and occasionally Java Swing for the front-end.

Software Developer (2006 - 2008): Onsite development for Deutsche Börse Systems and Deutsche Börse Services, using C/C++, SQL, COBOL, and VMS OS.

Software Developer (Delphi) (2002 - 2005): Developing a desktop application in Delphi called Slim Office for accounting purposes.

Java Developer at Caatoosee s.r.o., Prague (2001): Developing an intranet web page engine using Java Servlet Pages and Servlets.
