.NET Architect & .NET Developer & C# Developer

The candidate is an experienced .NET developer with more than 20 years of experience. He is currently working as an architect, but would like to return to development. He works with large ERP systems. He mainly develops in .NET, SQL, but also has experience in Elastic, React, PHP, Wordpress. He's also written some stuff in Node.js, NoSQL. Currently converting stuff to .NET Core. Would like to work with agile methodologies, tried to push them in the company as well, but failed. Communication in English is not a problem for him. He has worked with different sized teams, but has led 8-10 people max. He prefers to work in a smaller company which would be more flexible due to his preferences. He would not like to work for a bank or government.

2018 – 2022: System Architect - Led the technical aspects of the ERP system and its successor. Designed the architecture of the ERP system on the C#/MS SQL platform, introduced new technologies such as Elastic, DevExpress, and .NET Core. Conducted performance tuning, scalability improvements, and eliminated bottlenecks. Successfully established the successor to the ERP system.

2001 – 2018: Senior Software Analyst and Developer - Designed the architecture of a 3-tier information system for middle and large enterprises. Utilized MS SQL, C#, and .NET Framework. Implemented and ensured the functionality of core system components, including permission management, client-server communication, and multithreading support. Conducted performance tuning, vulnerability detection, and handled unexpected situations. The system is currently operational in hundreds of installations, serving thousands of users.

1997 – 2001: Software Developer - Developed application modules, primarily focusing on warehouse management. Utilized technologies such as Sybase SQL, PowerBuilder, and C++.

1994 – 1997: Software Developer and IT technician - Established an automatic software installation system that adhered to ISO 9002 standards. Managed networks and maintained hardware and software in the company's production facilities. Utilized Delphi and C++.

1992 – 1997: Graduated in Economic Informatics Sciences - Completed a degree in Economic Informatics Sciences at Mendel University in Brno. Specialized in Economics, Management, Information Technology, and Software systems. Defended a Master's thesis on the use of formal languages for rapid application development.
