The candidate is a senior Java Developer with 20 years of experience, who is currently working on Microservices in the backend. He uses Java frameworks, Workflow, Angina (formalisms), and BPMN. He would like to pursue further into modern technologies. It is important to him that the quality of the code is high, and that the output is free of technical debt. Even though he is very independent, he is comfortable working in a team and finds it motivating regarding consulting as well. He has had the opportunity to work as a Team Leader and does not find it a problem when everything is set up well. Agile methods suit him. He is interested in long term projects and prefers an international company, but is not opposed to a Czech or Slovak company. He speaks English at a communicative level and has worked in an international team. He understands German marginally and is able to understand text in Russian.
