Consultant & HR Manager
Overview
Short Summary
The candidate has been with Compensation & Benefits for 5 years. He mainly deals with pay changes, salary comparisons, preparation and modelling of positions, setting and implementation of KPIs, and day-to-day operations. He uses Excel on a more basic level - HR reporting and dashboards. To ensure maximum efficiency, it tends to process large amounts of data quarterly instead of annually. He is not actively looking for a new job, but is very interested in the opportunity to work at PWC. He is particularly attracted to being a consultant because he doesn't like to fall into a routine and prefers things to change. In his current job he is not a consultant, but his role is similar in some respects. Most of his experience is in banking and he speaks English at B1/B2 level.
