Manual Tester

The candidate is Software Developer looking for a QA Engineer position, as in his actual position he is testing mostly hardware, and he is more interested in software testing. For most of his career, he did manual tests, although he also did one project where he used Selenium with Java and Python. He lives in Zagreb and prefers a hybrid regime of work, as he would like to be with the team in person regularly. He can communicate in English and he is open to working on both long-term and short-term projects. He is used to working as a standard employee, which is a strongly preferred option for him.

Web Administrator (2013 - 2016)
I served as a web administrator (WordPress) for one year at godirektno.com, a media website focused on news. I was responsible for writing and designing web pages for commercial purposes.

IT Assistant (2015 - 2016)
I worked as an IT assistant at a media company in Zagreb. My roles included providing IT support to colleagues for technical issues, testing our web-based advertising application, and serving as a system administrator for our servers. I also handled the installation and servicing of NUC players, as well as rewriting our app from Python 2 to Python 3.

Android Developer (2019 - 2020, 2021 - 2022)
I am currently working as an Android developer, developing an ordering app for restaurants, cafes, pubs, and clubs. The app allows waiters to take orders more efficiently and communicates with a Windows app on the main PC. I successfully fixed a bug in the Windows app that caused delays in printing receipts. Additionally, I added new features to the Android app, such as automatic default payment selection and primary payment preferences.
