The candidate is an experienced Java developer with over 5 years of experience. She was already working full-time during the studies. She is currently working on 2 projects. On 1. Project she is creating plug-ins for Jira. 2nd project, she is developing an app for customers related to surveys. Her most used technologies are Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Groovy. She is working with agile methodologies, mostly Scrum. She speaks fluent English and Croatian. She is currently mentoring 1 person. Previously she was also a mentor to junior colleague, when they were both working on app for cash registrations. Her preferences are 20-30 working hours per week for a long-term project (over 6 months) since she would like to work for more clients. For a short-term project she is open for a full-time.
