Pega Developer

The candidate has been working as a Pega developer for 5 years. He is responsible for the development of a counsellor platform where he uses Pega customer service framework as the company is cloud based. Moreover, he is using database Oracle, Pega servers, AWS. As for integration testing, he is using Postman, SQL before he starts developing in Pega. For the last two months, part of his role is being a production support that is on Pega development. Besides, part of his competencies is team leading of 5 members. He also has experience in an agile environment using Scrum. He speaks fluent English.

MAY 2022 – Till: Senior Pega Developer, Netherlands, Amsterdam. Worked on the Counsellor Platform System, a travel management application. Handled incidents, analyzed root causes, and fixed issues. Supported performance testing and developed integrations.

DECEMBER 2021 – APRIL 2022: Senior Pega Developer, Hyderabad. Worked on SWIFT, handling the Order Orchestration process. Converted business requirements into technical requirements, performed code reviews, and presented client demos. Managed releases and worked on application administration activities.

OCTOBER 2020 – SEPTEMBER 2021: Pega Developer, Hyderabad. Worked on Smart Investigate for Payments and Exceptions, a solution for managing transaction exceptions. Analyzed requirements, performed code reviews, managed releases, and worked on design features for the application.
