Consultant & Internal Auditor

The candidate has worked in internal audit in the automotive industry for over 6 years. As part of her job she handled all audits, both process and system audits, and acted as a liaison between production and the auditors who came in from the outside. As a result, she had to be knowledgeable about everything in order to be able to report the right information. Her job also included communicating with managers, training and coordinating colleagues from different departments (such as HR, IT and various others). She also checked that everything was within standard, that everyone was fulfilling their responsibilities and also dealt with the documentation physically as well. In addition, she also met with risk management as they were creating a matrix every year to manage the risks arising in production. She quit her job at Volkswagen in March as she and her husband were moving back to Košice and in addition she also needed to change her line of work. She has currently taken a sabbatical from her job to travel and take up photography. She is proficient in English and has a basic knowledge of German, which she would like to improve if the opportunity arises.
