The candidate has been an Android developer for almost 7 years now. He is the only native android developer in the team and has to make decisions about the architecture. Moroever, he works on the other project within a company from scratch. He is developing a bluetooth application which eg. start/stops sessions for charger in the car. On this project, he works with the team where they together decide which architecture they will use in the app beforehand to have everything set up before writing code. He is also used to work in an agile environment using Scrum. Besides, he was a Scrum master for 6 years. As for mentoring, he was responsible for junior developer for 2 years. 2019 - Current: Android developer - Developed Android applications using main frameworks like RxJava, Dagger 2, RetroFit, Mockito, Spec, and Jetpack Libraries. Implemented clean architecture, modularization, and MVVM. Transitioned features from Java to Kotlin. Explored Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile for app development. Mentored team on new architecture and introduced reactive components. Restructured app to use AndroidX. Collaborated on app redesign.

07/2016 - 02/2019: Android developer - Developed projects from scratch, utilizing frameworks such as RxJava, Realm, OneSignal, Dagger 2, RetroFit, Mockito, Espresso, and Exoplayer. Implemented clean architecture and migrated apps from Java to Kotlin. Hired and mentored a junior developer for 2 years. Gained professional experience as an apprentice, creating internal projects and resolving bugs in existing projects.
